My wife is one of the best mothers I know. She always finds time for our eight children, even when she's suffering through a Lupus flareup, which happens more often than we would like.
Her sacrifices concerning our children are impossible to put into 250 words; she makes it a point to give them the best holidays possible, she has an easy connection with each of them, and her sense of humor shines through above all else, even when she's feeling unwell. She makes out kids laughs, even the older teenaged boys, which is not always an easy chore.
One of the most impressive things I can share is this...when a close friend of mine passed away, he left two boys behind. The boys were in danger of being separated by foster care, and one night I told her I was worried about that happening. She said, right away, "Let's adopt them. We can love them and give them the family they need."
So, we did. The adoption process was lengthy and I was a bit concerned that our children would feel left out, but she never let that happen. She continued to work her full-time job, do everything needed to adopt the boys, all the while making our children feel as loved as ever.
I love my wife not just for the way she loves me, but it's cemented by the incredible way she deals with out beautiful kids. She is a remarkable woman and an amazing mom.

My Mom should win "Mid-Michigan's Best Moms" because she continues to give to her family, and others at all times. She is a retired RN who has cared for others all her life. She is active at the VA Hospital with bingo and shooting sports in conjunction with the Marine Corps League Auxiliary. Over the past 50+ years, she has been instrumental in 4-H on a local and state level, and has impacted many young lives. Although, she utilizes today's world of electronic communication, she still continues write letters, and send cards to make people feel loved and important. She is always willing to help others in need if she is able. Whether she needs to drive someone to an medical appointment or pick them up for church, it is just part of her giving nature and love for other human beings. Her age and her physical challenges do not seem to slow her down, in fact, I believe that is what makes her keep going. Because of her giving heart ,she has been blessed with many friends, a loving family and the perseverance to continue to give.

My mom took care of my younger sister when she was diagnosed with cancer as a child. That was a full time job in itself let alone manage to make sure my dad, myself, and my other sister had everything we needed at home. Years later my mom was diagnosed herself with breast cancer. She had a double mascetomy and multiple reconstruction surgeries. She is in remission and living her "empty nest" timen of life with my dad to the fullest!! She is one of the strongest women I know and if I am half the mom she is I will have done something right!!

I am so excited to share this woman with you! Tammy Neuville is a phenomenal person and an even better mom. My brother and I were so fortunate to grow up with a mom that showed us endless love, compassion, and respect. She taught us to care for others, to follow our hearts, and to always put family first. She never failed to help out at our schools, cheer us on at our games, and be in the first row for our performances. She was always there. She was always present and supportive. When I graduated college, my dog and I moved back home. It was such a special time for us to bond as adult women. Then, we got to plan my wedding together. I will always cherish that special time. Recently, my brother returned from the military with his wife and pets. My mom and dad opened their home to his whole family without a second thought. She is selfless and she always puts herself last. Aside from her biological children, my mother is a mom to her students. She is a para-professional in a classroom of students with cognitive impairments. She loves each and every one of them and works endlessly to make their education the best it can be. Every Friday morning, she wakes up at the crack of dawn to make breakfast for high schoolers and worship alongside them. She is an inspiration to all and a mom to many. She deserves to be recognized!
